7D HIFU HIFU (High Intensity Focused Ultrasound) 7D is one of the most popular lifting and fat reduction treatments for both face and body with no need for surgery. This technology works by rapidly heating the dermal and subdermal tissue, to start the body’s healing process and naturally producing new collagen to help in cell regrowth. Collagen is a substance in the skin that gives it structure and elasticity. ​ After the HIFU 7D Non-Surgical Facelift, you’ll notice a gentle lifting and tightening of the skin giving you a younger, more refreshed appearance without the need for surgery or fillers. As MPT HIFU it has an excellent lifting effect and improves wrinkles and sagging skin on the face and neck and firm up lax body skin while reshaping it for a slimmer contour. It regenerates collagen, fat pad reduction, brighten skin tone and can achieve V-shaped face. You may feel some discomfort during the treatment. There are certain protocols that clients and therapists have to adhere to to ensure the safety of the clients and the effectiveness of the treatment. DO's - Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water in days leading up to the procedure to help keep your skin healthy and hydrated -Arrive at your appointment with clean skin, free from make up, lotions or oils. -Protect your skin from the sun by wearing sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher, and avoid direct sun exposure as much as possible. - Ask questions and express any concerns you may have about the procedure during your consultation to ensure your fully understand what to expect. Don`ts: -Avoid injectables 4 weeks in or near treatment areas before treatment -Avoid any facial peels 4 weeks before treatment -Avoid any laser treatments on the area 2 weeks before treatment -Avoid excessive sun exposure 40 hours prior to treatment ( We cannot treat skin which has been sunburnt) -Avoid skin care containing active ingredients 3-5 days before treatment (i.e. Vit S, Vit C, AHAs and BHAs) -Hifu is not suitable for those who are pregnant and breastfreeding -If you have dental implants or metal plates in the treatment area please let us know prior to your appointment -If you are currently taking any acne or skin thinning or photosensitive medication such as Roaccutane we cannot treat your skin as there is a risk of burning -If you have any open sores, acne, infections or skin sensitivity in the area we cannot treat with HIFU -We cannot treat HIFU if you have previously had threads within the last 6 month. Following these do´s and don´ts before and after HIFU treatment can help optimize your results and promote a smooth recovery. In case that we do not think that the treatment was right for you - We may recommend an alternative treatment that we think is best for you.
