If you have experienced something that you find too distressing, painful, shameful or traumatic to talk about, this session is a way of processing and releasing it without having to say anything about it.
You will be guided through the session by my words, but you don't have to speak. (Of course you are allowed to speak, but I don't expect you to.) We will use gentle techniques of EFT/tapping, like Touch and Breathe, which means that we gently press or touch the acupoints instead of tapping the points.
