If you have experienced trauma (physical or emotional) or if you experience PTSD (not matter its cause) - this session is for you. We will use very gentle EFT/tapping techniques and sometimes silent techniques so that you get the chance to process and release, without retraumatization. The aim is that you get a new, calmer relationship to your experiences and that your are no longer triggered by the memory.
By the end of the session you will also know how to use EFT/tapping to calm yourself down whenever in (di)stress.
