An other Shiatsu journey ! This time venturing into the Spring energies - liver and gallbladder - which means eyes, direction, growing, expanding, joints in general and especially jaw, shoulder, hip resolve. We will warm up with gentle Do-In and somatics and learn the channels of the spring, what it means and how we can use it in our every day life.
