Jag håller på att avsluta 2,5 års studier som SERterapeut och numera söker efter klienter för att genomföra min praktik. Under pågående terapissessioner kommer jag att hjälpa dig att identifiera källan till dina livsutmaningar, och därefter kommer vi att arbeta med att utveckla och implementera strategier för att förändra långvariga tankemönster och beteenden till hälsosammare och mer genuina sätt att vara och fungera i vardagen. För att underlätta arbetet använder jag flera verktyg, såsom guidade meditationer, regressionsterapi, Energy Flow Breathing (EFB), dröm- och symbolterapi. Om du är villig att gå på djupet under din terapi och ge tillräckligt med tid för att utföra praktiska övningar, föreslår jag att du bokar en 1,5-timmars session för 480 SEK. During ongoing therapy sessions, I will be helping you to identify what is the source to your life challenges and then we will work on developing and implementing strategies in changing the long standing thinking and behavioral patterns to healthier and more genuine ways of being and operating in everyday life. To help the work I’m using number of tools, such as guided meditations, regression exercises, Energy Flow Breathing (EFB), dream and symbol therapy. If you are willing to go into depths during your therapy and give sufficient time to perform practical exercises, I suggest that you book 1,5-hour session for 480/SEK.
