Welcome to this free workshop!
During this one-hour workshop, you will learn simple yoga movements and breathing techniques to help you prepare for birth and feel your best during pregnancy!
We will practice:
Breathing techniques for pregnancy, labor & birth
Yoga stretches to start practicing daily to feel your best during pregnancy
Yoga movements to help prepare your body for labor & birth
Movements to help labor progress

About Bethany:
Bethany is a mother of two young children (ages 4 & 2), with a passion for pre and postnatal wellness. She grew up in the US, and moved to Sweden over 10 years ago.
Bethany is a registered E-RYT 200 yoga teacher, with special education in pre and postnatal yoga. She has taught yoga full time for 10 years, and led her programs for mothers since 2018. During this time she’s worked in-person with hundreds of women in the pregnancy and mamma baby yoga programs, and even more with her digital programs.
