Welcome to our childbirth preparation course!
The course will be held in english by a midwife.
The course will include:
Health care in Sweden and the national guidelines during pregnancy. When it's time to go to the maternity ward.
The different stages of childbirth
Pain relief methods.
Postpartum care.
Of course, there is an opportunity for open discussion where everyone can ask their questions/other topics they want to deepen in regarding maternity care in Sweden.
1 booking per person, 2 bookings for a couple.
To get the most out of the course, it is good if you are in the 28-37 weeks of pregnancy.
