Advanced Mobility:
Expand your degree of freedom and bring your movement options to the next level. This is the advanced version of the Functional Mobility class. The class aims to improve the bodies ability to move in a sustainable way by addressing joint specific mobility. Creating a more adaptable body with greater control will decrease and prevent the risk of injury. The class also includes breathing and biomechanics where we work and learn about how the different parts of the body relates and affect each other. This class can be great for people with experience in dance, gymnastics, yoga or other high level movement practices. It’s recommended to try out the Functional Mobility class first to get an idea of the work.
