A sound journey with our ancestors I am currently on my own journey discovering and connecting to my ancestors. It has so far been a very powerful journey. We inherit so many different things from our ancestors. We inherit our DNA, physical traits, personality, culture, beliefs, wisdom, life patterns and so much more. The list is long. We also inherit gifts from our ancestors. Gifts that are important that help us and enrich our lives. We are not always aware what these gifts maybe. I believe that awareness will enable us to embrace these gifts into our lives to be used in a meaningful way. In the beginning of this sound journey I will guide you through meditation to a place where you could meet with one or more of your ancestors. A meeting where your ancestors may share an ancestral gift with you. A gift that is relevant for you in your life. A meeting of great gratitude and love. This sound journey will also provide you with a space where you can feel deep relaxation, calmness, stillness of the mind, peacefulness and healing. Allow yourself through the healing vibrations of crystal bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, various chimes and my voice to let go of any tension or stress in your life right now. Tea is available after the sound journey. A moment to chat with others if you so wish to or to just sit in quietness.
