Starting with a full body assessment to investigate where the pain is coming from and identify imbalances. Followed by deep tissue massage to increase blood flow, help break down any scar tissue, lengthen shortened muscles, reduce swelling and activate muscles to help reduce pain and heal injuries properly. The therapist may use dry needles or cupping if they are required. Appropriate rehab exercises will be given to aid recovery.
