Procedure was done without intercurrences and my cat is fine. Johanna was very attentive, as always.
But when I came to pick my cat up, I was already in the middle of the payment process, being assisted by Johanna, and was asked by Louise if I could give way to other two dog owners to do their payment before mine, because it could take time and they were waiting. I am 8-months pregnant now, had to wait for them standing, and she couldn't conclude the payment because she didn't know how to use the Klarna system. How insensitive of her! I asked to be sent my cat's blood tests results to my email, and she didn't do it either. I wonder if this kind of professional only prefer dogs to cats or if it was an exception.
