Yesterday, Dec.10th 2024 I had an appointment with Alexandra. Total disappointment! My requirement was the coloring the roots and toning the whole length of hair, and the hair dress afterward. The needed tint and the shape of hair dress were shown to Alexandra on photo. As a result, I'm still a blond (which is great!) but the tint is absolutely different than one which was shown her. The haircut is totally awful! She did a classic "bob" haircut with the technic which just God knows about! The result and my requirement are two different things. Now I look like a "plucked chicken". That's a huge stress for me as the hair will grow up for several months before another hairdresser will be able to fix it. I DO NOT recommend Alexandrea as a hairdresser!!!

Noggrann och kunnig. Plus mkt trevlig att prata med. Alltid lika nöjd och återkommer varje gång det är dags för klipp/nyanserin g/slingor. 🌺🌺🌺
