The experience was okay overall, and I could sense that the facilitator had some emotional awareness.
However, I didn’t get what I was hoping for from the session. I found it confusing when the facilitator asked me to guide them to my body "under the concept of respecting my boundaries." While I understand the intention, I booked a session with a professional to be guided, not to guide. I was looking for their support in helping me find my "yes" and "no," but this approach didn’t work for me. It felt avoidant, which was reinforced when I brought up my concerns and they sidestepped the issue I needed to address.
Ultimately, I felt the session was a waste of time and energy. For anyone considering booking, I’d suggest being very clear about your needs and expectations upfront. Otherwise, there’s a risk the facilitator won’t fully step into their guiding role, and valuable time might be lost.
