Your appointment was scheduled for 9:00 AM, which is before the salon's regular opening time at 10:00 AM. I called you 15 minutes before your appointment to inform you about this and to let you know that I would be 5 minutes late. You responded that it was not a problem, which I appreciated.
During the treatment, I worked thoroughly for 45 minutes, as per the booking. I use a professional massage table, specifically designed for therapeutic treatments, and I always adjust the pressure and technique based on each client’s needs. Throughout the session, I repeatedly asked if the pressure and grip felt good for you, and you confirmed that it did. I also explained that, since your muscles were tense, some areas might feel uncomfortable, which is a natural part of a therapeutic massage.
After the treatment, I asked if you were satisfied, and you said yes. That is why I find it surprising that you later left a review with a completely different perspective. It would have been more fair if you had shared any concerns with me directly, so I could have adjusted the treatment further to your preferences.
I also want to clarify that the small price reduction was not due to the slight delay, but rather a gesture of goodwill. I am a licensed nurse and an experienced massage therapist, and I always strive to provide my clients with the highest level of professional care.
