Sassy Lashes

Moi was 10 minutes late which was not a big problem but she hardly looked at me when she received me. During the lash lift, she said she would go on a break which I didn’t mind. However, when she came back she smelled like cigarettes which was quite annoying. In the meanwhile, she was mopping the corridor!? Or not sure what was going on. Hope she at least washed her hands before coming back to work on my lashes. At the end, I asked her about the student discount she said it’s no longer valid although the website clearly states it. I had to swish to her private account, which could be okay I guess, however, received no receipt. On top of this my lashes didn’t curl up even after 3 hours. Huge disappointment. I had my lashes lifted without a problem by two other people in this salon but because of today I’d never go back. Complete waste of money.
