Lina did my haircut. After she finished, I noticed a huge "hole" of shorter hair over my ear. I wasn't angry or confrontational. I understand people make mistakes, so I just asked her to fix it. I did a quick google search for a haircut with a fade that might be able to hide it. I showed it to her and asked her to try it. She acts like I am overreacting, she even says "It looks very visible in the mirror but it is not that bad". She does a half-assed job with the fade, it is clear to me that she doesn't have the skill or the desire to fix it. I go to pay and she charges me 300 kr. I booked and got a man haircut, and I know the price is 229 kr. She refused to charge me the correct price, so I just paid and left. I immediately walk into another hair salon and ask them to fix it. The new hairdresser is shocked and even asks me if I paid for this. Thankfully, he was able to fix it and did a great job.

Dear readers & customers, this is absolutely incorrect. As clearly described under the menue, the price 229kr is for people who always have a very short hair. Customers choose this only for few touches and to get it trimmed. However, Iasabel came up with a long hair for a wrong price. And yet, I have done my best to cut her hair according to her wishes and she was absolutely happy until I came up with the right price, Of course even discounting 50 kr.
